Wool Fat, better known in cosmetics as Lanolin, is a waxy substance naturally obtained from sheep's wool. It closely resembles some of the lipids found in human skin and is highly effective at softening the skin and reducing moisture loss, making it a popular ingredient in products for very dry or cracked skin.
